Detail Design

Value:

£175K

The complete rebranding of Newbridge Industrial Estate including the design of a new estate logo, entrance and directional signage systems and road corridor landscape improvements all of which were aimed at significantly enhancing the image of the estate and thereby increasing land values.

The proposals were developed in close consultation with estate occupiers. The landscape improvements included the provision of new footpaths, cycleways and controlled road crossing points to improve pedestrian safety and accessibility. A coordinated framework of low maintenance hard and soft landscape edge typologies was introduced to reinforce the road hierarchy and strengthen the identity of the park.

Other industrial and business park projects have ranged from overall layout and landscape planning to the design and implementation of landscape proposals for individual occupiers. Clients include Shin Etsu Handotai ( Europe ) Ltd, Compaq, Konica and Cubix Corporation.
