Ongoing work over a number of years on the development and implementation of a comprehensive system of landscape maintenance plans and work schedules for over 70 housing sites across Scotland.
The system was developed in close collaboration with the client. All plans were produced in Autocad format to enable the accurate measurement and cataloging of the various landscape categories and associated maintenance requirements for each site as a basis for tendering and contract management. Each site was visited and assessed before cataloging. Quality control measures have has been introduced to ensure consistency and accuracy and the plans are updated at regular intervals. <Back to Projects Index |
