VISUAL ASESSMENT
Our visual assessment work has focused primarily on assessing the visual impact of various types of development in the countryside ranging from quarries to holiday chalets. The projects are generally located within or in close proximity to sensitive landscape areas and /or historic estates monuments and will usually require historic research to determine the pattern of development in the area over time and close collaboration with Scottish Natural Heritage, Historic Scotland and a range of other amenity groups.
